Cookies & Trackers
Last updated: September 3, 2026
MOMEON is designed with a deliberately restrained approach to data. We don't need to track your browsing to preserve an instant. This page explains the cookies and other technologies that may be used when you use MOMEON.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a file or identifier that may be stored or read on your device when you use an online service. The term "tracker" more broadly designates various technologies that store or read information on a terminal.
2. Necessary Trackers
MOMEON may use trackers strictly necessary for the service to function. They may notably allow:
- maintaining a session;
- authenticating you;
- securing your account;
- keeping certain necessary preferences;
- ensuring the service works;
- detecting certain abusive uses.
When strictly necessary to the requested service, these trackers may qualify for a consent exemption under the conditions provided by applicable regulation.
3. No Behavioral Advertising
MOMEON does not deploy cookies intended to build an advertising profile or track your activity across different sites for advertising purposes. MOMEON does not sell your personal data.
4. Audience Measurement
MOMEON does not currently use any third-party audience measurement device intended for advertising profiling. If this changes, the technologies concerned will be used in accordance with applicable regulation.
5. Technical Providers
MOMEON relies on technical providers for its infrastructure. The possible presence of a technology provided by a provider does not mean it is used by MOMEON for advertising purposes. This page describes the uses applicable to the MOMEON service.
6. Consent
When MOMEON uses only strictly necessary and legally exempt trackers, no prior consent is required for those trackers. If MOMEON introduces trackers requiring consent, they will not be activated before consent is collected, in accordance with applicable regulation.
7. Your Choices
When consent is required, you will notably be able to:
- accept;
- refuse;
- choose certain categories;
- change your preferences;
- withdraw your consent.
8. Browser
Your browser also lets you control certain cookies. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may however prevent some MOMEON features from working.
9. Evolution
This page will be updated to reflect the technologies actually used by MOMEON.
