The MOMEON service uses the technical infrastructure of Base44, a service operated under the Base44 brand by Wix.com Ltd. MOMEON remains responsible for its own content, its service, and the data processing for which it determines the purposes and means.

All elements composing MOMEON, notably its name, brand, logos, visual identity, graphic elements, interface, structure, texts, creations, and original content, are protected by applicable intellectual property provisions. Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, distribution, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior authorization, may constitute an infringement of MOMEON's rights or those of their holders.

Users retain ownership of their original content. By publishing content on MOMEON, the user grants MOMEON the rights strictly necessary to operate the service: hosting, storage, technical reproduction, display, and making available according to the chosen features. This authorization does not transfer ownership of the content to MOMEON.
