Your data. Your rights.
At MOMEON, we believe that keeping a moment does not mean giving up control of your data. You have rights over the personal data we process about you.
1. Right of Access
You may ask whether we process data about you and obtain a copy of it under the conditions set out by the GDPR.
2. Right to Rectification
You may request the correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete data.
3. Right to Erasure
You may request the deletion of your data when the conditions set out by the GDPR are met. This right is not absolute, however, and certain data may need to be retained where required by law.
4. Right to Restriction
You may request that the use of certain data be temporarily limited in the situations provided by the GDPR.
5. Right to Object
You may object to certain processing based on our legitimate interest under the conditions provided by the regulation.

Where the conditions are met, you may receive certain data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
7. Withdrawal of Consent
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

We may request reasonable verification of your identity where necessary to protect your data.
